Francesca Occhionero is a creative director, filmmaker, and author, based between Paris and Milan.

Her practice spans cinema, fashion, writing, and collage, with the female gaze at its core.

Educated at the Politecnico di Milano and the Fashion Institute of Technology in New York, she began her career at L'Uomo Vogue before building a practice that moves fluidly between culture and industry. She has collaborated with some of the most significant names in fashion and culture — including Prada, Miu Miu, Loro Piana — and has directed creative projects for institutions such as Art Basel and La Biennale di Venezia.

Her film work explores the boundaries between visual experimentation and myth-making. Her short film Diana & Minerva, rooted in a dialogue between ritual and aesthetic — had its world premiere at the Slamdance Film Festival 2026 in Los Angeles, Experimental Shorts program.
